Удобное месторасположение (рядом расположены: Иркутский диагностический центр, ГБ 2, ж/д вокзал, 15 мин. до аэропорта, магазины, кафе, кинотеатр, Братский госуниверситет, бассейн, торговый центр. В квартире не курят! (штраф 2000)! Для вечеринок и лицам моложе 24 лет квартиру не сдаем! Заселение строго по паспорту. Обязательный залог 1000 (возвращается вам при выселении).
Расчетный час 12 часов.
Позднее заселение оговаривается заранее. Рядом остановки общественного транспорта. Очень удобно и быстро можно добраться в любую точку. Есть всё необходимое. Wi-Fi, телевидение.

Трансфер с ж/д вокзала, с аэропорта по договоренности.
В квартире запрещены вечеринки, шумные мероприятия. Цена зависит от количества человек.
