В квартире не курят! (штраф 2000)! Для вечеринок, и лицам моложе 24 лет квартиру не сдаем! Заселение строго по паспорту. Обязательный залог 1000 (возвращается вам при выселении).
Расчетный час 12 часов
Позднее заселение оговаривается заранее. Рядом остановки общественного транспорта. Очень удобно и быстро можно добраться в любую точку. Есть все необходимое. Wi-fi, телевидение.

Трансфер с жд вокзала, с аэропорта по договорённости.
В квартире запрещены вечеринки, шумные мероприятия. Цена зависит от количества человек.
