Advantages:

Чистая, уютная квартира. Приятно удивило то, что есть все от полотенец до зубных щеток. На кухне есть не только чайник, но и чай, кофе и вкусняшки. Присутствует фильтр для воды. Можно постирать одежду (есть стиральная машина и порошок). Очень много приятных деталей, которые позволяют понять, что хозяин подумал о своих гостях. С удовольствием остановлюсь при следующем приезде в Братск.
